How do I access the hotline?
Locate the "Current Hotline" section and click on the link for the current hotline. You will no longer need to enter the user name and password you created when you registered through Xoom. You will, however, be required to enter the Investor's World PIN, which is listed in each issue of the newsletter.
How can I read my newsletter online?
You now have two ways to read the current issue of Investor's World. First, listed under the section titled "Current Advice," you will find the articles in the current newsletter separated out individually. This lets you go directly to the articles of most interest to you.
Second, you can view and print the entire newsletter by clicking on "View/Print Entire Issue" under the "Current Advice" section. If you wish to print out current and previous issues, you'll need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and operating. (If you don't have it, we've provided a link for you to download the program for free.)
Finally, if you wish to read individual articles from previous issues of Investor's World, please click on "Previous Advice" under the "Current Advice" section. You'll find a chronological listing of previous articles that you can read and print out.
How do I access my personal portfolio?
If you created a personal portfolio, it's now available by clicking on "My Portfolio" in the top left corner of the main page. You will continue to enter the user name and password that you created to access your portfolio. If you have problems accessing or using your personal portfolio, please send our customer service staff a specific email about the problem you are having. Click on the "contact us" button at the top of each page and fill out the form, then hit "submit." A customer service representative will be in touch with you by email to assist you.
How do I write to John?
You can send John an email about any question relating to his advice by clicking on the link on the right hand side of the main page, under the section titled "Ask John." Please be aware that John can't always answer each question individually, but that he does read each email and responds to many of the questions through the monthly issue.
How do I look up stock quotes?
The same stock quote lookup feature is still available, only now it's located in the top right corner of your page.
